2. Information we collect

We collect the following information when you use our platform:

• Account information: Email address and display name provided at registration (via Firebase Authentication).
• Health information you provide: Last menstrual period (LMP), gestational age, trimester, medical conditions, and antenatal history — entered voluntarily to personalise your program.
• Program progress: Which chapters you have watched, your progress within the program, and language preferences.
• Consultation details: Appointment bookings, consultation notes recorded by Dr. Prashanth G during your visit.
• Device and usage data: Browser type, operating system, and general access patterns (collected automatically via Firebase).

3. How we use your information

• To create and manage your account.
• To deliver the correct program modules based on your trimester and language preference.
• To track your progress so you can resume where you left off.
• To facilitate appointment booking and consultation with Dr. Prashanth G.
• To communicate important updates about your program or account.
• To improve our content and platform based on aggregated, anonymised usage patterns.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-party services

• Firebase (Google): We use Firebase Authentication and Firestore for account management and data storage. Your data is stored on Google's infrastructure. See Firebase Privacy.
• YouTube (Google): Program videos are embedded from YouTube. When you watch a video, YouTube's own privacy policy applies. See Google Privacy Policy.
• Razorpay: Premium subscription payments are processed by Razorpay. Payment card details are never stored on our servers. See Razorpay Privacy Policy.

5. Data security

Your data is stored in Firebase Firestore with security rules that restrict access to your own data. Consultation notes are readable only by you and the treating doctor. We use HTTPS for all data transmission. No system is 100% secure, but we follow industry best practices to protect your information.

6. Your rights

• Access: You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: You can update your profile information at any time from your account settings.
• Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
• Data portability: On request, we will provide your data in a machine-readable format.

7. Children's privacy

Our platform is intended for adults (18+) or pregnant women with parental/guardian consent where applicable. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us immediately.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it by law.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
